AML/CFT State Ordinance (LWTF)

The State Ordinance for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT State Ordinance – Dutch abbr.: LWTF) sets rules with regard to customer due diligence, identification, and verification of customers, and the reporting of unusual transactions. The State Ordinance has been revised, and came into force September 8, 2021.
