The duty of disclosure for importing and exporting cash funds applies to all persons who import or export Aruban or foreign cash funds in the amount of 20,000 Afl. (US $11,000) or more. The duty of disclosure applies to both the physical transportation of funds and sending them by mail.
Forms for declaring the import or export of Aruban or foreign cash funds in the amount of 20,000 Afl. (US $11,000) or more can be obtained, upon request, from the (customs) authorities at all locations where persons enter and leave Aruba; b. at all post offices; c. at all locations not covered by a or b where goods or postal consignments may be imported from abroad or where they can be exported.
