Instruction: Unusual Transaction Reporting Proliferation Financing

Effective 21 September 2023, and until further notice, all financial and non-financial service providers are required to report subjective unusual transactions related to proliferation financing under indicator 130202 (subjective indicator for terrorist financing).

Additionally, all financial and non-financial service providers must include a reference to “Proliferatie” in the description of the report.
