Regulation reporting requirements

Please be informed that the regulation ‘reporting requirements’ shall enter into force on April 1, 2014. This regulation provides practical meaning to the term ‘promptly’, as referred to in article 26 of the State Ordinance for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. The term ‘promptly’ shall mean ‘immediately’, at least within 5 working days after the situation in the indicator is applicable.
